“All women feel vulnerable in transportation, and VTC (Heetch, Bolt, Uber) is supposed to provide them with safety. Unfortunately, incidents occur frequently, and the platforms have very uneven policies in preventing and dealing with them,” complained Ynaée Benaben, general director of En avant tous, an association fighting sexual and gender-based violence.
