“You hope I’ll fall, don’t you?”, Nancy Brilli ‘confronts’ Lucarelli in Dancing

Nancy Brilli decided to follow Milly Carlucci’s advice and, during tonight’s episode of Dancing with the Stars, she addressed the judges without hesitation, specifically Selvaggia Lucarelli.

The actress, after her performance, accepted the criticism and responded to it firmly. “It was a mess… nothing worked, the incipit part was the worst. The grip was so bad, I thought I was going to fall. It was all very awkward,” commented Lucarelli. “You expected it, right? That I would fall…”, replied Nancy Brilli.

“No, I didn’t expect it at all,” Lucarelli replied. “I just wanted to see where you were going… objectively it was the worst thing you did. I saw an involution. You don’t need to worry about the word ‘antipathy’ coming from me who has a master’s degree in this field. I choose who I give it to: if I say yes, then you are. That’s an adjective you can live with better.”

The reference is to the previous episode, when Lucarelli and Mariotto define Nancy Brilli as “unpleasant”. Backstage, the actress commented on the provocation: “I also like Selvaggia: someone who chooses to be a villain in her life has chosen a character. She wants to play Grimilde and plays Grimilde. I wonder if it’s really like that in her personal life, because between a kitten and a boyfriend in love, something is not right.” Milly Carlucci, at the time, had advised her not to be intimidated by the comments and to reply more quickly. And Nancy chose to follow that advice.
